Casari — Brand Identity

The Concept

An AI fashion video made for Casari's social channels: a vertical short built around the house's tailoring details. A Made in Italy label in gold script stitched to a glossy midnight blue lining, a gold cufflink fastening a white cuff, a gold geometric-patterned pocket square in a two-point fold sitting in the breast pocket of a blue checked jacket shot through with rust and gold — every frame isolates one element that makes the garment recognisable. Hands sit in frame beside the detail and give it scale, a sense of size a flat run of cloth cannot carry on its own. Shallow depth of field keeps a single element sharp and drops everything behind it into blocks of midnight blue and warm gold. In menswear tailoring, the difference between one jacket and the next sits almost entirely in details that vanish in a head-to-toe shot: on a phone screen, where a full look reads as a silhouette, it takes a close-up to show the pattern of the cloth or the finish of a lining. Everything is made digitally: no sets, no models, no location shoot.

Applications

Full-screen vertical for Reels, TikTok and Shorts, with the framing held on the detail — this is top-of-funnel work, where the opening frame has to read at thumbnail size and a head-to-toe shot simply doesn't. The close-up scale doesn't survive a horizontal crop: a wide version has to be generated, not cut down. On a product page these frames need a gallery alongside them showing the jacket in full, since on their own they say nothing about fit or proportion. For a cover still, use the shots with the sharp detail centre-frame — the label, the cufflink — which hold up once they stop moving. Full commercial licence, paid placements included.

Technical Workflow

The work starts from the brand's visual codes — midnight blue and gold, checked cloth, tailoring details — turned into a shot list of close-ups. Keyframes come out of Midjourney v6, with material, light and depth of field fixed shot by shot: a blue check with rust and gold stripes, gold lettering on a glossy lining, the diamond pattern of the pocket square, background thrown out of focus. The selected keyframes are then animated in Kling AI, where the motion stays contained and one rule holds throughout: the lettering and the check have to stay put, the details generative video tends to break first. After Effects closes the edit, with a tight rhythm, fluid transitions between details and a layout built for vertical. Separately generated clips need matching shot by shot, or midnight blue and gold drift from one cut to the next and the palette falls apart.
